Who we are

Information we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.
• What you enter in the Relocation Concierge: your answers to its questions and the questions you ask. If you then request a Relocation Brief or a call, that conversation is sent along with your form.
• Technical information collected automatically by our hosting and advertising tools, such as browser type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To answer your questions and contact you about the real estate services you asked about.
• To run the Relocation Concierge. Your concierge answers and questions are sent to an AI service provider to generate a response.
• To measure whether our advertising works, for example whether a visitor from an ad later submitted a form.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help run this site and our business: our website host (Webflow), our concierge hosting and AI providers (Cloudflare and Anthropic), and Google for advertising measurement. Our supervising brokerage, TN Real Estate Group, LLC, may see client communications as part of its legal oversight. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses the Google tag to measure ad performance. Google may use cookies to show you ads on other sites based on your visit here. You can control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Your choices

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing brian@briansellsnashville.com. If you no longer want to hear from us, reply to any email and say so. We keep form submissions only as long as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage record keeping requirements.

Children

This site is meant for adults buying or selling real estate. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
